Where Were You at the Wellness FairSpecial to the Ebbtide
If you came to the Wellness Fair on May 11th you came away with quite a lot
of information. The Indian Health Bureau was there, as were representatives
from the Blood Bank, American Diabetes Association, Breast Cancer Research,
Bike to Work, as well as a variety of groups from within the school. One of
these groups (of course) was the Diet Tech Club. We had the usual information;

Shoreline Community College (SCC) is celebrating 20 years of encouraging women
to participate in fields that in the past have been predominately monopolized
by men. The four areas mainly focused upon in the past 20 years have been
referred as the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
