The following events took place from April 27 and May 6, 2004.

March 7: Strike one
A baseball player reported being hit by a baseball that hurt his ear. This incident occurred off campus.
March 20: Strike two
A baseball player was reportedly hit by a baseball and broke his hand. This incident occurred off campus.
April 7: Strike three
A baseball player reported being hit in the face by a baseball and hurting his cheek and eye. This incident occurred off campus.
April 27: Vehicle accident
At 11:45 a.m. a driver returned to his Nissan Altima, parked near the 2000 building, and noticed scratch marks on the bumper. The person who claimed to have hit the car left a note with his contact information.
April 28: Irate individual
At 1 p.m. an individual in the 5000 building was reportedly trying to get financial aid. The individual has reportedly tried to get financial aid in the past and, though he has been denied, he continues to return. He is reported as always being verbally abusive. Security came to check out the situation, but the individual had already left before they could contact him.
April 29: Feeling queasy
At 1:50 p.m. a student in the 2900 building reported that she was feeling nauseous and thought she was going to pass out. Security responded but the student refused aid, saying she was feeling better.
May 1: Illegal fireworks
At 7:10 p.m. three unidentified males were reportedly setting off fireworks in the woods, north of the track. When the men got into their car, a security officer followed them for a little bit. He called the police and the Shoreline Police caught up with them and took away their fireworks.
May 4: Bumper damage
At 2:30 p.m. a driver returned to his car, which was parked north of the 2500 building, and reported finding scratch marks on the bumper area. There is no current suspect.
May 4: Aid call
At 6 p.m. a student was reported to have passed out in the PUB. The student was back on campus a couple days later and is okay.
May 5: Distributing fliers
At 10 a.m. people were reportedly putting fliers on vehicles in the Greenwood parking lot. Security had them remove the fliers.
May 6: Fire alarm
At 9:30 a.m. a fire alarm went off in the library. It appeared to be caused by boiling water in one of the employee break rooms on the lower level.
May 6: Aid call
At 3:45 p.m. a student was playing basketball in the gym and reportedly twisted his ankle. Security applied an ace bandage and ice. He was advised to go to the doctor.
May 10: Parking dispute
At 11:30 a.m. a student reported that another student spit on her vehicle after a dispute over a parking spot.
May 10: Theft
At 12 p.m. a person’s purse was reported stolen from the library when the owner fell asleep. She contacted Shoreline Police.
