- Go to the
Adobe website, click Get Acrobat Reader.
- From the Step 1 of 2 menu,
choose the Language and
Platform. (Most folks at SCC are
using either Windows 2000 Pro or
Windows NT platforms. To
check and see which operating
system you have on your machine,
click on the Start Button.
Located on the left hand side
you will see your current
operating system.)
- From the Step 2 of 2 menu,
click Full Version.
- Click Download.
- From the File Download window, click to
select Save.
- In the Save In Window, choose to Save In -
Desktop.
- Click Save.
- Once the file has completed downloading,
click Open.
- Within the Acrobat Reader Setup window,
click Next.
- At the Welcome window, click Next again.
- Choose a Destination Folder. The
default folder will work great.
- Click Next.
- At the Ready to Install window, click
Install.
- Once the program has been installed, click
Finish.
