BREATHE: Get Energized for Final Exams

It’s a known secret that reducing stress supports students’ success and helps them perform at their highest level.

BREATHE (Breathe, Relax, Energize, Art, Treats, Helpful Hints, Exercise) will occur before final exams and include:

  • fun activities
  • relaxation techniques
  • educational materials to help manage and reduce stress

June 5 will consist of a full-day of activities. We will provide free popcorn, cocoa, and other snacks. Students are encouraged to take a break, and BREATHE.
