ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE & INSURANCE--NEW
This two-day intensive class teaches advanced
finance and insurance skills to the F&I
professional, including creating the need for
VSC, credit insurance and GAP coverage,
factory warranty review, the 3 C’s of credit,
communication with the customer and lender,
proper menu strategy, legal menu disclosure,
overcoming objections, payment relief without
negotiating, and the thirty-plus techniques to
overcome product objections.

This class is a comprehensive presentation of
title clerk duties and responsibilities, job
functions, and is an introduction to state
titling manuals, state titling requirements,
license fees, temporaries and permits. A
person successfully completing this course
should be able to competently execute all of
the daily duties of a new car dealership Title
Clerk.

This class will focus on what it takes to be a
successful Service Advisor at the dealership
or independent repair shop level. The class is
geared for those new to the field, looking to
make a change in career or preparing for your
ASE Certification. Subject areas include:
customer relations, selling techniques, phone
and communication skills, repair orders,
customer complaints, warranty and more. Dave
