CONFLICT RESOLUTION--NEW

Conflict is a part of our daily lives. You can't get rid of it, but you can learn to effectively manage and resolve problems. This class will cover basic principles of effective conflict resolution. Through discussion and practice, you'll learn specific skills and approaches for whatever conflicts you encounter--large or small. This is a workshop style course with plenty of time for questions and discussion. You'll leave with new tools and increased confidence for effectively resolving conflicts.
