TITLE CLERK
This class is a comprehensive
presentation of title clerk duties and responsibilities, job
functions, and is an introduction to state titling manuals,
state titling requirements, license fees, temporaries and
permits. A person successfully completing this course should
be able to competently execute all of the daily duties of a
new car dealership title clerk.

SERVICE ADVISOR
This class will focus on what it
takes to be a successful Service Advisor at the dealership
or independent repair shop level. The class is geared for
those new to the field, looking to make a change in career
or preparing for your ASE Certification. Subject areas
include: customer relations, selling techniques, phone and
communication skills, repair orders, customer complaints,
warranty and more. Dave DeMontigny has over 25 years of
automotive management/customer service training. Class will
be held 11/11.
