The ESL / GED Tech Center
The ESL / GED Tech Center allows ESL students to work on their English skills. While using a program called ELLIS, students can work on their grammar, listening, speaking, and pronunciation. In addition, ESL and GED students can practice keyboarding using ULTRAKEY. They can also access the Tech Center's web site, http://www.shoreline.edu/callab, and work on many activities!

The Tech Center is located in room 1721. We have 20 computers available for student use. We are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays and 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Fridays. Most ESL students in levels 1 through 5 are registered for 1 credit. As such, they should plan to attend about 2 hours each week to complete the quarter successfully.
