Honda PACT (Professional Automotive
Career Training) offers automotive recognition at the
college level with a Honda PACT Associate's Degree. This
is designed to give a high school graduate the education
and automobile experience they need to join the ranks of
the elite""the best qualified automotive technicians in
the industry.
When students participate in the PACT Degree program,
they receive much more than just technical training.
This career track program is a balance of automotive,
academic and skills they will use throughout their
career. The PACT Degree Program includes the following
areas:
- Reading comprehension
- General academic courses that earn
credits towards your degree
- Foundation courses in automotive
technology
- American Honda specific product
training
- Advanced courses in high tech
systems
- Training in safe and positive work
habits
- Development of interpersonal
communication skills
After graduation, a PACT degree student will have
completed 60% of the training completed for a Honda
technician, an asset highly desired by almost every
dealer.
Honda specific training. Unique IST (Individualized
Skills Training) training methodology. Students are
employed by Honda or Acura dealerships as part of the
training curriculum. (students must obtain employment on
their own, the program offers guidance in this regard)

program to offer automotive training specifically for
those students who wish to work in Honda or Acura
dealerships in the Seattle/Tacoma metro area. Our
