About Jobs Connections

The mission of Jobs Connections Center is to provide students, the community and employers with a career development and placement program. The goal is to have a single point of access to services for both job-seekers and employers.

Employers Services

It is our goal to support employers in our community by providing Employers Services links to job postings, resources for recruiting and hiring, and other services.  Let Shoreline Community College be your human resource partner.

Career Exploration

Career Exploration: There are many resources available to students who are looking at possible careers.  Make an appointment with an SCC counselor or take a few personality quizzes to assess your interests.

Student Internships

Student Internships are great opportunities to get a quick "first hand" look at what you might be doing in your chosen field of study.  SCC will help you find an internship to meet your needs.  Take some time to review the information to prepare you for an internship.

Job Searching

Job Searching: Looking for a job can be a challenging event in anyone's life.  There is no one way to find the job for you.  Follow the link from the title to find ideas of what to do, where to go,  etc.  We advise you to try not just one, but several of these ideas.

Tuition Assistance Programs

Are you looking for a new career?  You may be a candidate for a Tuition Assistance Program so that you can enter one of several programs designed to assist those who wish to "career switch," or enter the workforce for the first time.
